We proudly offer shipping to the United States, Canada, Germany, the European Union (EU), and select international destinations worldwide.

2. Processing Time

  • 3–5 Business Days: All orders undergo a processing phase at our fulfillment centers for quality checks, packaging, and sorting before shipment.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, product type, and respective warehouse location. Below are our standard estimated delivery windows:

  • European Union (EU): 4–9 business days for most orders (can take up to 10–14 business days during peak seasonal periods). Free Shipping included.

  • United States: 6–10 business days. Free Shipping included.

  • Canada & Rest of the World: 8–15 business days.

Note: A precise, real-time shipping estimate based on your specific location and item will always be displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be provided via email within 48 hours after your order has been shipped.

  • Complete tracking information is available throughout the transit period so you can monitor your package's journey.

5. Customs, Duties & VAT

  • EU Orders: VAT is included in the checkout price; there are no hidden or extra customs fees upon delivery.

  • US Orders: No import duties or taxes are applied for orders under $800.

  • International Orders (Rest of World): Depending on your country's local regulations, shipments outside the US and EU may be subject to import duties or customs clearance fees. These local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
