Return & Returns Policy – Vaboora

At Vaboora, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. That’s why we back your order with a Risk-Free Guarantee—ensuring you receive a flawless, premium product with a secure window to return it if it doesn't meet your expectations, subject to the conditions outlined below.

We offer a 14-day return window for EU orders and a 30-day return window for US & International orders from the date of delivery.

1. How to start a return

Email support@vaboora.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video (showing sealed package, opening, and the item)

  • Photos of any damage or defect

Please note: Returns requested for damaged or defective items without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for acceptance

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging with all tags intact.

  • Personal Care & Hygiene Products Exception: (Including all brushes, CapMaster, beauty, and hair tools) cannot be returned once opened for health and hygiene reasons – in strict compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(e).

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. What we do NOT cover (per our supplier CJdropshipping)

  • Change of mind after the product packaging has been opened.

  • Wrong delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Refused deliveries, customs delays, or local customs fees.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after use.

  • Items returned to us without prior written approval.

4. Damaged, defective or wrong item

Report any issues within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. If confirmed by our supplier, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Return shipping

If your return is approved, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide the appropriate return address (EU or US) after approval. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items sent back to us without prior approval will be refused.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive, inspect, and get confirmation from our fulfillment center. Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. EU 14-day cooling-off period

EU customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unopened and in resalable condition. Opened hygiene or personal care products are strictly exempt from this right.
